This year, I had the distinct pleasure again of covering the BCCK’s annual Queen’s Birthday Celebration in Seoul as part of a three-man event photography team with my colleagues Roy Cruz and Greg Samborski. Working as part of a team is great at an event like this as the event was completely sold out and the attendees filled the entire Grand Ballroom. Having three photographers on staff meant that we could thoroughly cover the event and ensure that all sponsors received adequate attention as well.
As always, the BCCK put on a stellar evening of entertainment, drinks, and food at the Four Seasons Hotel Gwanghwamun. Along with some great drinks from the UK like Hendrick’s Gin and The Glenlivet on the whiskey side, trivia games and, of course, the royal wedding entertained us for the evening. A wax figure of the Queen was also present for those needing a selfie with Her Majesty to get their evenings started. As if that weren’t enough, there was a Jaguar brought into the ballroom for good measure. The BCCK sure know how to put on a show.
